I was born and raised in the dairy state of Wisconsin. In the  beginning of 2005 my husband and I decided to relocate to Tri-Cities, WA, his childhood home. We have two amazing kids now adults, who were my initial inspiration into my love of photography. After my daughter was born with congenital heart defect , it was through this difficult time that I unwrapped the creative gift of photography. Since then I have been blessed with many great, successful photographers that have helped me flourish and master this gift along with continued education; an ever evolving art. Now that I have a kid in their 20’s and the other in their late teens, as well has losing people you love, I've come to cherish so deeply the moments that can only be frozen and kept through photography. One of my most favorite reasons I have come to enjoy photography is how you can show someone how truly beautiful they are through someone else’s eyes. Outside of getting to capture peoples most treasured moments, I have find joy in serving others in whatever way I can. My husband and I have had the pleasure of going over seas together on 2 missionary trips. I have loved and enjoyed playing piano from a young age, though I am not professional by no means, I get the pleasure of using this gift in church. When I need a brain break, anything water related or getting out with a camera in Gods creation, bring me joy. Some of the other cool things I've had the pleasure of doing, is shooting for a grammy winner, a former local magazine for a few years as well as branding shots for people of business. This is just a tiny glimpse of who’s behind the lens and what I’m about. :)
